Our Team: We have a fun, fast-paced team environment with a positive work culture and room for growth. This is a marketing and sales focused internship.
Position Overview:
I’m seeking outgoing and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced & competitive environment. This is an opportunity to join a top 100 nationally ranked office and mentorship program. An intern with my team will learn the basics on our core products, our computer systems, and the business development skills it takes to succeed in today’s job market.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to prospects to obtain auto and home quotes
- Answering inbound phone calls and assisting current clients
- Working with existing team members to improve on your skill set and motivate each other to improve our processes as a team
- Learning our CRM computer system used to organize current clients and prospects
- Training with Agent and Team Members to further knowledge and skills
- Coming to work with a positive attitude and having the ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
Benefits and Other details:
- Internships usually last 3-9 months
- The average our interns make is: $15/hour
- They can also be used for course credit
- Interns typically work 5-20 hours/week - this can turn into a full-time job or job offer at the end of the internship

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
