Are you a motivated, competitive salesperson who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals?
Our State Farm agency is looking for a Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office sales position designed for someone who wants the opportunity to earn a strong income while building a long-term career in insurance and financial services.
What You’ll Do
- Primarily focus on outbound sales and new customer acquisition
- Follow up with warm leads provided by the agency
- Make a high volume of calls and consistently work your sales pipeline
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Follow up consistently and turn opportunities into customers
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Confident communicating over the phone
- Competitive and driven to win
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities
- Persistent without being pushy
- Motivated by performance-based compensation
- Experienced in sales, preferably phone or insurance sales — but exceptional candidates without insurance experience are encouraged to apply
This Is a Sales Job
This position is not a customer service role.
The majority of your time will be spent prospecting, calling leads, quoting customers, following up, and closing business. We provide the leads, training, coaching, technology, and support — we’re looking for someone who will consistently put in the effort and turn those opportunities into sales.
